All prices are ex seller's address excl. VAT and excl. packaging, unless otherwise agreed with seller. A minimum purchase fee of DKK 150 is imposed for orders under DKK 500, which is, however, exempt from shopping in our webshop. Price adjustments take place every year per. April 1st.
Delivered goods are not returned without prior agreement and the return number is stated. Return slip must be in the package before shipment. This will be faxed or emailed by appointment. When returning ordered items where the item is defect-free, a crediting fee corresponding to 20% of the order amount is deducted. Returned goods under DKK 200 and goods returned without original packaging are not approved. Returns of customer-unique items are not approved. In case of return based on complaint, incorrect delivery, etc., replacement goods will be delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
